another amazing night...

But what else can you expect from an amazing group of kids. Today some went to hand out the remaining flowers that were left from yesterday. Some worked more on our church projects. Others went to a local school to help. Samantha made friends with a homeless man while handing out flowers. We took the afternoon off and went to a mall to relax some.  Worship tonight was intense. The music was beautiful, the drama was very direct and well received, and christines testimony left everyone in tears again. God is at work here and we are all feeling it. Soul surfer was a great movie for us to show tonight. We are exhausted with much more work to go but it is oh so worth it. Pray for our rest and our energy level. We love you. Enjoy the pic from the movie night.

  2. I can't express to all of you just how much this blog means. We are so proud of all of you & the witnessiing & serving that you're doing. Tina sent me a pic of Samantha when she heard "eh". Priceless. We got a great laugh out of it. We are so pleased that you are getting to know the Samantha we all know. Emily would be so proud! I'm not surprised to know that Samantha did a great job in her skit. We witnessed just how talented she is this last year when she was in show choir. We are praying that the rest of your journey is productive, enjoyable & safe. Oh and Tina, we love you too!!

  3. Once upon a time I sat on a log
I had nothing to do so I joined a blog

It centered around a mission trip
With super cool people who are so hip

You all are so giving and so caring
You do your jobs with swagger and daring

    Ordinary folks doing extraordinary things
Makes Pastor Ed want to dance and sing (oh no)

It's so hot here your flip flops will melt
Must deal with it, it's the cards we were dealt

Get home soon and get here safe
We really miss you in this place

Always remember, people are the focus
What you’re selling, ain't hocus pocus

    God Bless and God speed
Share the love and plant the seed!

Have fun in Canada, little kiddies
    Hello Kelsey, Reagan, and Will

I know some here write poems
But I have no rhyming skill.

    In all seriousness...howdy all!
